Pups are only ready for shipping when we decide they are ready to leave. It varies per puppy and we do put a ready date on each puppy's page that we feel the pup will be mature enough to leave. This is always subject to change based on the pups process and development.We offer shipping to All of USA and Most of Mexico if flights and travel are allowed there for pets. 

Shipping is $700 for Domestic shipping in USA with nanny service and $850 to Mexico. 

Shipping is provided by a 3rd party provider and we do not set up shipping as the 3rd party company does. They will provide us a schedule and we will contact you to make sure the date and time work. 

With nanny service delays are always possible as they do fly standby and schedules can change depending on how many seats are available on an aircraft. Its important to remain patient and understanding of this process while we do our best to get your puppy home as soon as possible. We set up chats groups on Whatsapp to keep you informed during the shipping process on how things are going or any changes that may come up. 

Dream Pups Does not guarantee how a puppy will develop or change. Different breeds develop differently while some faster than others. We can make no promises on weight expectations or guarantee weights on any puppy sold by Dream Pups. Puppies can develop and grow in many ways and if a younger puppy is purchased we will not refund payment if that puppy changes or develops in a way you do not desire. 

All pups are sold with 14 day warranty for life threatening, untreatable defects. We provide a 48 window for you to take your puppy to the vet upon receipt to have them thoroughly examined to be sure of health and soundness. Each puppy has been vet checked prior to sell to be sure of any health related issues as well. We cover for viral illnesses for up to 72 hours after arrival to the pups home. We do suggest all pups have a fecal screening upon their 48 hours checkup as well as stress can be a factor for tummy issues and loose stools upon going to their new homes. 

We offer Video Calls to clients who pay a non-refundable deposit of $250. The video call purpose is for the buyer who is having a hard time deciding between 2 pups and wants to make a final decision. Its not for window shopping purposes and thus why we require a deposit. It takes time to bathe and groom a pup for a video call and for that time we require a commitment to do so. The deposit does go toward the purchase price the puppies. Its only good to show 2 puppies at one time. We do not use the same deposit to show additional puppies. IT IS A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE so please be sure before placing a video call deposit.
